Shipping policy

We ship in Puerto Rico and the United States. Your order will be carefully packaged and delivered wherever is most convenient for you. You'll be able to track your package by using the Shipping Confirmation email that we send as soon as your order begins its journey. Please allow 2 business days to receive your shipment notification email after placing your order. Delivery takes between 4-6 business days depending on your location, these days start after you receive the shipment confirmation.

Shipping costs is calculated at your checkout, but you have the option to select for Pick-up in one of our Locations. Custom items or special orders may take additional time, we appreciate your patience.

 Exceptions:

• Incorrect address when placed the order – customer is responsible for this, we encourage you to double-check your shipping address before checkout. We will not replace your order.
•  Misplaced packages once marked as delivered – Customer will claim the delivery provider. We will not replace your order.
•  Packages lost in transit to its destination – Wbisut will solve the issue for you.
