Refund policy

Thanks for shopping with us. If something is wrong with your purchase, please read carefully, so we can assist you in the process. We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at wbisut@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us at wbisut@gmail.com, so we can solve the issue. Please include your name, order number, and describe the situation. A photo of the items received will help. We will let you know how we can solve it.

  • Defective or damaged item  - We inspect items before shipping; we are not responsible for inadequate use or care in the purchased items. But if the item is defective or damaged, please let us know immediately, so we can solve the issue within the 7 days return policy.
  • Wrong item or size is not what you originally ordered; we apologize. Please contact us immediately, so we can solve the issue within the 7 days return policy and follow the instructions above.
  • Need to resize - Please carefully read item’s descriptions and measures, so you can purchase the right size. If the bracelet, necklace, or ring doesn’t fit, please contact us immediately, so we can solve the issue within the 7 days return policy and follow the instructions above. Customer must pay ALL shipping charges or select pick-up in the available locations. NO refunds will be issued, store credit only.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like earrings, for health reasons.

Also, we can’t accept returns on custom items (personalized items, special orders or special sizes and/or colors), unless delivered damaged or defective.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once we accept the return, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
